Destiny for Library Checkout 

Welcome to the Library!

General Information:

Hours of Operation:  7:35 a.m. to 3:05 p.m., when school is in session.
Book Circulation period:  Books are due back 14 days after checkout.
Holds:  Students may place books on hold and will receive the book in the order in which they are placed on the waitlist.
Fines:  Fines are only placed on lost or damaged books.  Unpaid fines stay with a student throughout the Meade County School system.  Unpaid fines may result in loss of privileges to check out books.

Click on this for the links to ebooks and links to the tutorials on how to use them. Also, find the current KBA nominees and a video presentation of these books.

 

Destiny Discover

Click on the link above and enter username and password to log in.  Search for a book, see what new books have been added and our top 10 list, place a book on hold, or check out an ebook, all from Destiny Discover for SPMS!

Kentucky Virtual Library

Don't forget to use the Kentucky Virtual Library (KYVL) for your research needs.  It is also where you can access Tumblebook Library and Teen Book Cloud ebooks. Click on the KYVL link above, then the orange bar that says "For K12 Students" and the drop-down that says "Middle."

Language Arts teachers will set up students with a code to access!

Click on the link to be redirected to the Meade County Public Library Website. 

Under "About," students can apply for a "Digital Library Card" if they do not already have a physical library card. With a library card number, students can gain access to ebooks through the Libby and Hoopla apps.
